What to Expect on Service Day

Once you sign up for services a Scoop-Pros representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.

Our friendly scoop pro will text/call you 30-60 minutes before arriving. You don’t need to be home during service, but please ensure that the cleaning areas are easily accessible and any aggressive dogs are safely indoors. This helps us deliver a smooth, hassle‐free service for everyone

Your Scoop Pro will arrive and start cleaning up all the doggie poo. we are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste , also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste

Once your yard is completely free of dog waste, your scoop pro will snap and upload a photo of your securely closed gate to ensure your dogs stay safely inside. Next, our team will sanitize all of their equipment with a pet-grade disinfectant to help prevent the spread of germs and keep your environment healthy.

Our scoop pro will double-bag the dog waste and place it in the waste in their service vehicle to be disposed of with Waste Management.
